Kuchi Jewelry LLP provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. All the successful orders placed on Kuchi Jewelry LLP will be shipped to the customer within 15-20 business days. For security reasons, Kuchi Jewelry LLP ships to valid street addresses only.

  2. You will be able to view the status of your most recent order by visiting the Order Status page, in the My Account section.

  4. For COD orders, full payment to be made upfront at the time of delivery, to the logistics partner, before the package is handed over.
  5. We request all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before signing the receipt and in case there is a tampering , then do not accept, return the courier and immediately intimate us.

Safe Shipping

For your protection, all orders require your/consignee’s signature upon delivery. The orders will be shipped to the address that you have specified in the shipping address page.

Secured Packaging

All jewellery from Kuchi Jewelry LLP meant for door-delivery shall be packed in tamper-proof, high quality material. The jewellery shall be delivered to you in a Kuchi Jewelry LLP box along with the relevant authentication certificates and invoices.
